A "run of show" or a shot list is often provided, and helpful for event photography and videography. Shotlists may include specific guests, or groupings of attendees. There may be awards, presentations, speeches, etc. Knowing this in advance will help anyone shooting provide more complete coverage.
Including and framing shots of any company logos and brand names is always useful for promotional purposes. For non-profit events it's desirable to include the sponsor logos and marketing materials on site.
Often a quick turn around is needed for social media or news channels. This subset of images can be provided on-site as needed.
